Parent-teacher meeting and book fair at Silver Oaks School

A book fair was organized during the parent-teacher meet at Silver Oaks School Sevawala. A parent-teacher conference was held today for nursery to eleventh class children. In the meeting, both teachers and parents talked about the children and discussed the problems of the children and shared ideas on how to solve them, so that they can lead the students to the path of progress. Principal Priyanka Mehta said that face-to-face communication between parents and teachers plays an important role in their child’s learning process. He said that the parents appreciated the efforts being made by the teachers for the progress of the children and the annual event and thanked the teachers. He said that there was great enthusiasm among the students regarding the ‘Book Fair’ held on this occasion. Students were getting to see different types of books related to all subjects at one place. Students said that books are available here, which are not easily available in the market. The principal said that the aim of the book fair is to increase the interest of children in reading and such book fairs will be organized in the school from time to time. Such fairs help in building the future of students.
