Passengers of new ways – Punjabi News-Patiala

Dr. Nishan Singh Rathore

The function of the roads is to take man to his destination. Therefore, easy ways have always attracted and attracted people. Man and path cannot be separated. No matter the region; Ways and directions are always needed. That is why the importance of roads cannot be overlooked.

It is said by the sages that the travelers of new paths never give up in their life. Such people keep learning new things all the time. There is a transmission of new energy among these people and the travelers of such roads become the guides for the common people living in the society, they are the ray of hope for the people.

Today’s man has money, fame and facilities, but lacks peace of mind. There is no difference between man and machine. By working at the same place for years, man has become a victim of stagnation in his life. Today the situation is such that 90 percent of the people living in the society want to change their daily behavior. Same work, same way and same behavior every time. Life seems to have gotten rough. News! That is why today’s man is more and more prone to mental problems.

While studying the Gurumat ideology, this fact is visible that Guru Sahib also urges man to move with time. A man who has learned to walk with time can never be killed in his life. It is also said in the Bani of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji:

Wakhtu vichare su man hoi

People who become victims of stagnation in their life, those people never move forward in their life. In order to progress or make progress in life, one has to walk, one has to move forward, one has to take decisions. A person who is deprived of these things becomes a victim of stagnation and wastes his life in the circle of mental disorders.

Sri Krishna Ji has said in Sri Bhagwat Gita: ‘Transformation is the law of the world.’

In other words, the world runs only in change. What we have today someone else had yesterday and someone else will have tomorrow. This is the law of the world, the law of nature. The person who understands this rule, adapts it in his life, he achieves the goals of success. People standing in the same place are destroyed, destroyed.

While studying Punjabi literature, this verse is felt to emphasize:

If you walk along, you will reach somewhere

Those who wanted to reach without walking became roads.

In this poem of Rabinder Masroor, the real truth of today’s human life has been described in very simple terms. The poet says that if he walked with the people of the world, i.e. brought change in his life, ventured, then news! He would have achieved his goal, destination. On the other hand, those who wanted to succeed in their lives without any venture, remained standing in the same place like the roads, i.e. those people could not reach anywhere. It is a symbol of failure. The key point here is that spontaneous change always leads to suffering and initiative-driven change often leads to happiness. This means that the people who adopt the change by deciding themselves, they become successful because they have accepted the change under their own plan. On the other hand, a person who has come into a spontaneous phase of change has not made any preparation or planning. So this change becomes a cause of suffering for him.

Thus, it can finally be said that travelers on new paths never give up. They do not demolish heaps but become a source of inspiration for common people through their own ventures. Inspiring common people to become travelers of new paths. Therefore, a person should always move forward in his life and strive for meaningful change so that he can live a life free of emptiness and stagnation. But! When does this happen? It is still in the womb of the future.
