Paytm has launched a new feature called ‘Hide Payment’. With the help of this feature, you can hide some of your payments from the history’s history, that is, these transactions will now be saved from the eyes of others.
What is this ‘Hide Payment’ feature?
This feature of Paytm gives you more control on your payment history. With this you can hide the transactions that you want to keep private. This facility is especially useful when you are sending surprise gifts to someone, ordering food or buying a personal thing.
How to hide any transaction?
- First open the paytm app in your phone
- Go to the section of ‘Balance & History’
- Swipe left to the transaction that is to be hidden
- Now tap on the option of ‘Hide’
- A confirmation message will come, press ‘Yes’ in it.
- Bus! Now that transaction will not be seen in your history.
How to show hidden transactions again?
- If you ever want to see a hide -given payment or bring it back to history, then follow these steps:
- Go to “Balance & History” again
- Tap on three dots (⋮) on top right
- Select the option of “View Hidden Payments”
- Now you have to verify by putting a pin or fingerprint of your phone
- Here you will see all your hidden transactions
- Swipe left on the transaction that is to be brought back and tap on “Unhide”
