Here, the 129th three-day annual meeting of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat began today with the recitation of the Holy Quran in Masjid Aqsa. Thousands of Ahmadiyya Muslims from the country and abroad participated in the Jalsa.
Addressing the meeting, speakers such as Giani Tanveer Ahmad Khadim, Maulana Rafiq Ahmed Baig, Munir Ahmad Khadim, Maulana Muzaffar Ahmad Khan etc. said that the purpose of this meeting is to present the mutual brotherhood and unity of all religions. Maulana K Tariq Ahmad said that Imam Muslim Jamaat Ahmadiyya Alamgir has given lectures in the parliaments of the world regarding brotherhood and has written letters to the Prime Ministers of the countries of the world. This soulful speech and letter has been published as the book ‘World Crisis and Pathway to Peace’. He said that the Ahmadiyya Muslim community is making efforts for peace in the whole world. The motto of Jamaat Ahmadiyya is love for all and hate for none. A large number of local people including people of different religions, political leaders, administrative officials and dignitaries participated in the Jalsa.
