Punjab Vigilance Bureau has arrested a private security guard posted at Civil Hospital Jalandhar, Narinder Kumar, a resident of village Chak Sadhu Wala (District Hoshiarpur) for demanding a bribe of Rs 10,000 in the name of a PCMS doctor. . The complainant stated that she had approached an orthopedic specialist in the office of Civil Surgeon Jalandhar to issue a disability certificate for her relative but could not get the required disability percentage to purchase the e-tricycle. Later, the said security guard posted by the concerned doctor outside his office demanded money from him.
