The local Punjabi Sahitya Sabha and Cultural Center organized a poet’s court today in memory of the literary writer of the area, Jagdish Singh Rana, in which poets from all over the area paid tributes to late Rana through their works. Balbir Singh Bheil, the patron of the cultural center, presided over this poet’s meeting held at the Bhai Mohan Singh Vaid Memorial Library. Malikiat Singh Soch, Daya Singh Patti, Balkar Singh Ladhupur, Keerat Pratap Singh Pannu, Balbir Singh Bailey, Comrade Charan Singh, Gurcharan Singh Sabra, Master Jaswinder Singh Chahal, Balbir Singh Bailey, Balwinder Sarghi, Amrik Singh Pannu, Kanwaljit Singh in Kavi Darbar. Dhillon, Lali Kartarpuri and Gurmeet Singh Noordi etc. presented their works.
