President Draupadi Murmu saw Anupam Kher’s ‘Tanvi the Great’, Karan Tacker expressed happiness, said-‘It is the matter of honor’

Mumbai. A special screening of the film ‘Tanvi the Great’ for the President of India Draupadi Murmu was organized at Rashtrapati Bhavan. The entire star cast was present with Anupam Kher. The film’s actor Karan, Taker, described the President’s praise as the “biggest achievement” for himself. The special screening was held on Friday at Rashtrapati Bhavan Cultural Center (RBCC). During this, Anupam Kher, Shubhangi Dutt, Karan Taker and Boman Irani were present.

Encouraged by a special screening at Rashtrapati Bhavan, actor Karan Taker said, “Watching a film with the President of his country in his office was very respectable.” He further said, “I have to admit that he is a very simple and humble person, and his praise for the film is the biggest achievement for me. Watching him the whole film with us was a very respectable and overwhelmed moment for our entire team which was imprisoned forever in my memories.”

The film is based on Tanvi Raina, a girl who is struggling with 21 -year -old ‘Autism Spectrum Disorder’, who lives with her mother Vidya and Dada Colonel Pratap Raina. Tanvi’s inspiration in the story is her late father, Captain Summer Raina, who was an Indian Army officer and dreams of hoisting the tricolor on Siachen Glacier. Tanvi decides that she will follow her father’s footsteps and join the army and fulfill this dream.

‘Tanvi the Great’ release date

In the film, Anupam Kher is playing the role of Colonel Pratap Raina. Actress Shubhangi Dutt is playing Tanvi in the film. Apart from these, the film also stars Jackie Shroff, Pallavi Joshi and Boman Irani. ‘Tanvi the Great’ will be released in theaters on 18 July.
