Farmer groups in Punjab have announced a Punjab bandh today to press for the guarantee of crop MSP law and support for farmer leader Dallewal, who is on death row, among other demands. Due to which there is complete bandh in Kapurthala. 6 places by farmers from 7 am to 4 pm

On the other hand, government, non-government and other unions have also expressed support for the farmers. As far as PUNBUS and PRTC worker unions are also on strike. However, the farmers have talked about maintaining emergency services.

Protests are being held by farmer groups from 7 am today regarding the call of Punjab Bandh. Which will run till 4 pm. Demonstrations are being held in Tashpur and Talwandi Chaudhary under the chairmanship of District President of Kisan Union Sarwan Singh Baupur, while under the chairmanship of District Secretary Sher Singh Mahiwal, demonstrations are being held in Hamira, Kartarpur, Dhillwan Toll Plaza, Sugar Mill Chowk Phagwara.

Deepak Madan, head of the New Vegetable Market Association, said that his union is also with the farmers. Due to which the vegetable market is closed today. During this period, all vegetable shops will remain closed till 4 pm. Similarly, Punjab President of Petrol Pump Association, Paramjit Singh Doaba said that his association is also supporting the call of bandh by the farmers.
