Pathar, 9 December
The hunger strike of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal continued on the 15th day today at village Dhabi Gujran on the Delhi Sangrur National Highway to get the demands accepted from the central government. Their condition has become more alarming. Doctors are using machines to monitor their heart rate, blood pressure, pulse etc. Meanwhile, a group of farmers sitting on the border supported their leader by staging a one-day hunger strike. Keeping in view the possibility of Dallewal being taken away by the government at any time, it has come to light that the farmers’ leaders have strengthened their security. Faridkot Member of Parliament Sarabjit Singh Khalsa reached this border today and inquired about the health of the farmer leader.
