Punjab News – Dog Menace: In a painful incident that happened in the neighboring village of Hasanpur, an 11-year-old child of a family living in the fields of the village was mauled to death by ravenous dogs. The seriously injured child died on the spot.

Due to this painful death, there is a lot of protest among the villagers and the villagers have staged a dharna on the Ludhiana-Firozepur national highway and stopped the traffic. Angry people are demanding action from the administration.

People allege that many people in the area have been targeted by ravenous dogs, but the administration has closed its eyes and slept soundly.
