The police registered a case against four members of the family of the neighboring attackers

A young girl died in a dispute between two families in the nearby village of Rampura Jawaharwala. Taking immediate action, the Sadar Police has registered a case against the accused under section 302, 458, 34 and arrested the accused and taking further action has sent the body of the deceased for post-mortem.
SHO Inspector Vinod Kumar said that Mosma’s wife Balli Singh, a resident of village Rampura Jawaharwala, said in the police statement that Mosma, along with her son Sunil Kumar and girl Kunti Devi were present in their house last night. Time around 11.30 pm
Neighbors of the family Sarban Singh, Ramfal Singh son of Sarban Singh, Kashmir Singh son of Sarban Singh, Murali wife of Sarban Singh Vasian Rampura Jawaharwala climbed the wall of his house and entered with bricks in their hands.
He said that he started abusing and saying that he will be kicked out of the house today. Meanwhile, his brother-in-law Kashmir Singh threw down his daughter Kunti Devi, aged about 21 years, and sat on her. After this, Kashmir Singh and Sarban Singh hit Kunti Devi’s chest with bricks.
Murali held the girl’s legs and Ramphal Singh held her hands. When Mosma tried to free her daughter, the accused also beat Mosma. Meanwhile, seeing a large gathering of people, the accused ran away.
In an injured condition, the girl Kunti Devi was brought to Civil Hospital Lehragaga where the doctors declared her brought dead. According to the SHO, the police have registered a case against the employees on the statement of the victim Mosma.
