Shivcharan, the person injured in the accident, told that he is a resident of Jharkhand. He is living on the footpath in Fazilka. He lives on the footpath near the railway station and sleeps here. The injured told that he earns his living by begging from people. He says that when he was young he used to work as a daily wage laborer. But now he is 70 years old. He is unmarried.

The injured person further said that he was still sleeping on the footpath near the railway station of Fazilka. Then suddenly an unknown car driver crushed him. Due to which his leg was broken. However, the local people got him admitted to the government hospital for treatment. Where he is being treated. But there is no clue as to where the car driver is. Couldn’t do it
