A laborer living in Dhingra Colony of Fazilka city of Punjab has won the lottery. The lottery winner says that he had bought the Dear Nagaland State Lottery ticket from Roopchand Lottery in Mehariya Bazaar half an hour before the prize draw. After half an hour he got a call.

Lottery winner Rakesh Kumar told that he is a resident of Dhingra Colony Street No. 1 of Fazilka. The ration in his house was over. After working as a labourer, he had gone to the market to buy ration for the house. While coming back, he bought a lottery ticket from Roopchand Lottery in Mehriya Bazaar. After this he came home and after half an hour he got a call that he had won the second prize of Dear Nagaland State Lottery. He said that he works hard every day. He works as a laborer. Now he has got a reward of Rs 45 thousand. After which there is no limit to his happiness.
