Railway Station Fire: The Delhi High Court asked Railways to take notice of the public interest petition


New Delhi, February 19

The bench of the issue taken by a genitial petition on the recent fireplace at the new Delhi railway station and the bench of Justice DK to provide the details of his measures on issues in their affidavits Said. The court directed, “The issues taken in the petition is performed as suggested by the Solicister General and the details of the decisions should be filed.”

The court said that the public interested petition is not limited to the recent event of the district as it has demanded the existing legal provisions of maximum passengers in a container and the sale of platform tickets. If the legal events were applied properly, such incidents of stampered could be avoided.

It may be recalled that on February 17 was also filed a public petition in the Supreme Court, which had been lifted at the Delhi railway station and demanded immediate action to prevent such disasters in the future.
