The bench of the issue taken by a genitial petition on the recent fireplace at the new Delhi railway station and the bench of Justice DK to provide the details of his measures on issues in their affidavits Said. If the legal events were applied properly, such incidents of stampered could be avoided.
It may be recalled that on February 17 was also filed a public petition in the Supreme Court, which had been lifted at the Delhi railway station and demanded immediate action to prevent such disasters in the future.
