Recovery of currency in RS: Singhvi demands probe: After the matter of receiving cash from Manu Singhvi’s seat in the Rajya Sabha came to light, there was a clash between the MPs of BJP and Congress. Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar said that after the proceedings of the House ended yesterday, the security personnel informed that cash has been found from seat number 222 and this seat has been allotted to Congress MP Singhvi from Telangana. When Dhankhar mentioned Singhvi’s name, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that if the investigation in this matter is allowed to be completed, then someone’s name should be mentioned. After this, MPs of both the parties created a ruckus. On the other hand, Singhvi said that whenever he goes to the Rajya Sabha, he has only one note of five hundred rupees and this matter should be investigated.
