Randeep Hooda met PM and sister with mother and sister, special discussion on ‘obesity’ with ‘Waves’

New Delhi: Actor Randeep Hooda met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday 21 April. During this, his mother Asha Hooda and sister Dr. Anjali Hooda were also present. The actor described it as a great meeting. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, Randeep Hooda wrote, ‘It is a matter of respect and good fortune for me to meet Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi. His attitude, understanding and idea about the future of the country is always inspiring. Patting his back, inspires us to keep doing good work in our field and contribute to the development of the country.

The actor further told in the post that in this meeting, what things were discussed with PM Modi. Randeep Hooda further wrote, ‘We talked about growing influence on the global stage of Indian cinema, the power of authentic story and the new OTT platform-waves of the government, which gives strength to the voice of Indians on the world platform.’

Family moment was memorable
Randeep Hooda also mentioned the obesity campaign of PM Narendra Modi. He told, ‘To join my mother Asha Hooda and sister Dr. Anjali Hooda was a memorable family moment, in which we spoke on her plans related to obesity campaign and health.’ Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed ‘Obesity i.e. Obesity’ on 23 February in the 119th episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat’, in which he emphasized on dealing with the problem of ‘Obesity’ to create ‘Fit and Healthy Nation’.

Many stars including R Madhavan joined the campaign
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during ‘Mann Ki Baat’ that it is not only a personal choice of food and dealing with the obesity, but also our responsibility towards the family. This will help in fighting obesity. PM Narendra Modi has also added many stars including R Madhavan for this campaign.
