Employees Selection Board (ESB) has issued an official notification of direct recruitment of 7,500 constables in the Police Department. The application process will start from 15 September 2025.

The last date for applying for the candidates is kept on 29 September 2025, while the amendment facility will be available till 4 October 2025.
The recruitment examination will be conducted from 30 October 2025. Candidates can apply through ESB’s official website eSb.mp.gov.in.
Director of Employees Selection Board Saket Malviya informed that centers will be decided in October after the completion of the process of submitting online applications this month. The exam will start from 30 October 2025.
The online examination will be taken by the Mandal. While physical test will be taken by the police department. Soon the recruitment process will also be started for the posts of Sub Inspector.
Examinations will be held in 11 cities including Pal, Indore There will be examinations from October 30, 2025 in 11 cities of Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Khandwa, Neemuch, Rewa, Ratlam, Sagar, Satna, Sidhi and Ujjain. The examination will be in two shifts. The first shift will begin at 7:30 am. There is reporting time till 8:30 pm. The exam will be held between 9:30 and 11:30 pm.
At the same time, the second shift will start from 12:30 pm. There is reporting time till 1:30 pm. The exam will be held from 2:30 to 4:30 pm.
Examination fee
- For general class/unreserved candidates: 500 rupees
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS: Rs 250
- Native of Madhya Pradesh Divyangjan: 200 rupees
- For departmental examination (SC/ST/OBC/EWS): Rs 100.
This will be selected process Physical proficiency test and document verification will be done after the written examination in the selection process. The level of examination will be based on high school qualification. The selected candidates will be appointed to the post of constable in the Police Department. The salary will be Rs 19,500-62,000 per month.
No 27 percent reservation for OBC The News-Patiala staff selection board has released today for the recruitment of Police Constable. In that too, OBC will not get 27 percent reservation. For this, the mathematical system of posts has been fixed.
According to him, 27 percent and 13 percent posts in unreserved quota have been fixed separately. Along with this, 14 percent posts in OBC quota reservation have been calculated separately and 13 percent of imaginary posts have been kept separately.
