On this occasion, Shaira Kuldeep Kaur Dhanju’s first poetry book ‘Izhar’ was presented to the public. Pawan Harchandpuri, President of the Central Punjabi Writers’ Association (Sekhon), who was the chief guest, suggested that the writers should try to enrich the vocabulary of the mother tongue Punjabi by keeping in mind the philosophy of Satyam, Shivam and Sundaram while writing their works. . General Secretary Balbir Jalalabadi told about Kavitri’s personality and poetic journey. While reading the paper on the book, Dr. Lakshmi Narayan Bhikhi said that Kuldeep Kaur Dhanju’s poem feels like expressing the inhumane policies of the present dispensation. Dr. Arvinder Kaur Kakra was of the opinion that Kavitri’s poetry deals with today’s contemporary crisis from the perspective of feminine sensibility. As a special guest, Dr. AK Tanvi, Paramjit Kaur Sirhind, Rajeshwar Singh Sandha (Indore) and Dr. Gurwinder Aman along with Ravleen Kaur, Eng. Gurminder Singh Dhanju and Mandeep Kaur Sandha also participated in the debate.
Satpal Bhikhi, Kulwant Saidoke, Narinder Pal Kaur, Gurcharan Pabarali, Gulzar Singh Shawki, Bachan Singh Guram, Sarwan Kumar Verma and Col. Hardev Singh and many other personalities were also present in the poetry session.
