The US has warned that Russia may again use new dangerous missiles against Ukraine in the coming days. According to two US officials, a US intelligence assessment shows that Russia could soon attack Ukraine with its dangerous new medium-range ballistic missile. One of the officials said the Oranic missile, which was used for the first time last month, is being seen as an attempt at intimidation. The threat comes at a time when both sides are scrambling to capitalize on the three-year-old war, which President-elect Donald Trump has vowed to end. The US has pledged $1 billion in aid to Ukraine. – Ap
