Swami Shraddha Nanda Balidan Day was celebrated with devotion by Arya Samaj Dhuri in which students and teachers of local Arya education institutes participated. Arya Samaj President Varinder Kumar Garg said that Swami Shraddha Nanda contributed a lot to the freedom of the country by confronting the British Empire. Arya Samaj Executive President Pawan Kumar Garg gave information about the life of Swami Shraddha Nanda. On this occasion, students of Arya College, Arya Senior Secondary School and Yash Chaudhary Arya Model School performed speeches, bhajans, songs and musical plays related to the life of Swami Shraddha Nanda. Arya College President Diwan Chand, Vicky Parocha President Arya School and Satish Pal Arya President Yash Chaudhary School honored the winners in school sports with trophies and medals. Special prizes were distributed to the students who participated in the Sacrifice Day programme.
Vijay Arya, Rajesh Arya, Rajeev Mohil, Vikas Jindal, Vivek Jindal, Binny Garg, Lt. Darshan Singh and Harmel Singh Dhindsa etc. contributed to organize the program.
