New Delhi, March 17
The Supreme Court has given the Center for three months to the Center for the process of Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Assam. The bench led by Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna gave more time by accepting the Solicitor General of the Center. Earlier, the Sincter General had sought some more for the process. The bench adjourned the matter till July 21 and asked the Center to work in this regard within three months.
Earlier, the country’s highest court expressed concern over the delay in completing the delay in completion of Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur and Assam. The president of the delay in this limitation was rejected by the president 2020.
Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna and Justice Sanjay Kumar had said that the limitation process should have been completed after the delayation of the delayation process. The court had asked Additional Salistor General KM Natraj to provide the future action on the matter of the Center.
