The stock of packaging machine maker Mamata Machinery was listed on the market on Friday, up nearly 147 percent from its opening price of Rs 243. Shares of the company were listed at Rs 600 on BSE, up 146.91 per cent. After this, it rose 159.23 percent to Rs 629.95.
It opened at Rs 600 on the NSE. The market value of the company stood at Rs 1,550.17 crore. Mamata Machinery’s initial public offering (IPO) received a total of 194.95 times applications till the last day of the offer. The price range for the company’s Rs 179 crore IPO was set at Rs 230-243 per share. The IPO was based on an outright offer for sale (OFS).
