‘Sis’ Marg Yatra arrived at Kiratpur Sahib, the devotees commemorated the martyrdom of the 9th Patshah.

Commemorating the Lasani martyrdom of the ninth Patshah Sahib Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib ji, like every year Baba Major Singh Sodhi Mukhi Dashmesh Tarna Dal started from Delhi’s Chandni Chowk. This pilgrimage reached at Kirtpur Sahib Gurdwara Bibangar Sahib, where the Yatra was welcomed by a large number of devotees including Jathedar Singh Sahib Giani Sultan Singh, Shiromani Committee member Bhai Amarjit Singh Chawla.

After this, the journey left for Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib of Sri Anandpur Sahib. The ninth Patshah Sahib Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib was martyred at Chandni Chowk in Delhi for the protection of Hindu religion after which his body was cremated in Delhi and his body was cremated at Bhai Jaita Ji Kiratpur known as Rangrete Guru K Bette. Sahib arrived with From there, Dasam Pita Sahib Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji and his entire family and Sikh followers brought the body of Guru Sahib to Sri Anandpur Sahib in the form of a Bibanan.

Guru Teg Bahadur’s body was cremated in front of Guru Ka Mahal Bhora Sahib at Guru Sahib’s house. Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib is decorated at the place where Guru Sahib was cremated. So this journey started from Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib in Delhi and ends at Gurdwara Sisganj Sahib in Sri Anandpur Sahib.
