Sonu Sood News: The trouble of Bollywood actor Sonu Sood seems to be increasing. Arrest warrant has been issued against actor Sonu Sood. The Punjab -based court has issued an arrest warrant against Sonu Sood. The matter is related to fraud. Actor Sonu Sood did not reach to testify in a case of fraud. After this, a court in Ludhiana, Punjab issued this arrest warrant.
Ludhiana Judicial Magistrate Ramanpreet Kaur issued this warrant. Rajesh Khanna, a lawyer from Ludhiana, had filed a case of fraud of Rs 10 lakh. He alleges that the main accused Mohit Shukla lured him to invest in Rizika Coin. The court summoned Sonu Sood to testify in this case. But actor Sonu did not reach the court even after Sood Saman.
What is in order?
The Ludhiana court directed the officer in charge of Oshiwara police station, Andheri West, Mumbai to arrest Sonu Sood. According to the order, ‘Sonu Sood ((father/wife/daughter’s name), resident house number 605/606 Casica Apartment) was issued summons or warrant, but he has failed to appear in the court. You (police) are ordered to arrest Sonu Sood and present before the court.

It is further written in the order, ‘You are instructed to serve this warrant on 10-02-2025 or before. Also, give a certificate of on which day and how it has been executed, or why it could not be executed. The next hearing of the case is to be held on 10 February.
