Starlink will have to accept strict conditions
Starlink will have to follow strict conditions for its service in India. The company had proposed to bring foreign technical experts to operate its stations, but the government made it clear that until the company gets security clearance from the Home Ministry, only Indian citizens will operate these stations. Similarly, during the trial phase, Sterilink cannot provide its services to the general public. Besides, he will also have to keep in mind that whatever data will be generated during the trial, it will be stored securely in India. Apart from this, Starlink will have to submit a report to the Department of Telecommunications every 15 days. It is important to have all the information including station location, user terminals and specific location of users.
