After being punished by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, now Sukhbir Badal wearing a blue robe and holding a spear in his hand is performing his service outside Darbar Sahib.
Let it be said that Sukhbir Badal was ordered by the decision of Akal Takht Sahib only a few days ago. That he pronounced religious punishment against Sukhbir Singh Badal and six other Akali leaders including Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, Sucha Singh Langah, Hira Singh Gabaria, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Gulzar Singh Ranike and Balwinder Singh Bhundar.
He ordered that all these Akali leaders will perform cleaning service for one hour in the toilets of Sri Harmandir Sahib from 12 to 1 o’clock tomorrow on December 3. This service will be for two days. The manager of Sri Harmandir Sahib will monitor their attendance and service.
During this service, they will keep planks around their necks. Sukhbir Singh Badal and Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa were ordered to serve outside the bell tower at the entrance of Sri Harmandir Sahib wearing the uniform of a sevadar and holding a spear in hand. They will also be able to sit on a wheel chair during this one-hour service.
They will perform this service for two days. After bathing in the langar ghar of Sri Harmandir Sahib, orders have been given to clean the dirty utensils of the Sangat for one hour, perform kirtan for one hour and recite Sukhmani Sahib in addition to Nitnem.
