Punished by Sri Akal Takht Sahib Leader of Shiromani Akali Dal reform movement and former Rajya Sabha member Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa today reached Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib to undergo the religious punishment imposed by Akal Takht Sahib, where he met the head of Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib at 9 am. Sitting outside the door, wearing a servant’s robe, holding a spear in hand, the service was started. After that, they went to Gurdwara Sahib and performed Kirtan.
It is to be noted that Dhindsa did not perform service for the last two days due to ill health and this was informed to Mr. Akal Takht Sahib. Today he has started this service at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib and tomorrow also he will perform service at Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib as per the order of Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
Adequate security arrangements have been made by the police on this occasion. On this occasion, Bhupinder Singh Bajrur, Surjit Singh Chahar Majara, Surinder Singh Kamiwal, Satwant Singh Sarao, Surjit Singh Dulchi Majra, Harpal Singh Manjhpur, Jaswinder Singh, Harmesh Singh Kiratpur Sahib, Pritam Singh Salomajra, Muhammad Tufail, former chairman were present with him on this occasion. Gurdeep Makur, Hardeep Singh former chairman, Amarinder Singh Mandia were specially present.
