Supreme Court prevented Ranveer Allahabadia from broadcasting the show

New DelhiSeveral cases were reported on Ranveer Allahabadia after a lewd comment on ‘Parental Sex’ on Raina’s show. The Supreme Court has given relief from the arrest of Ranveer and said that no new case will be registered against him now. Also, they have been instructed to submit their passport to Thane police and not go abroad without the permission of the court.

Ranveer Allahabadia has been in the news for a long time. Now the court expressed strong displeasure over Ranveer’s remarks and said that no one can use pornographic language only for popularity. A bench of Justices Suryakant and Justice Kotiswar Singh asked Ranveer’s lawyer whether they support the language used by his client? Is this the limit of obscenity? This is the extent of irresponsibility.

Ban on broadcasting show
The Supreme Court has barred YouTuber Ranveer Ilhabadia, Samay Raina and Apoorva Mukhija from not airing any show on air until further orders. This case is related to Ranveer’s controversial statement which he gave in Raina’s show time. Actually, Ranveer in his statement had said some objectionable things on ‘parental sex’, after which cases were registered against him in many states.

Big relief from court
The court has given relief from the arrest to Ranveer, saying that no new case will be registered against him in this case. During the hearing, the judges expressed strong displeasure over Ranveer’s statement. He said that no one can speak anything just to gain popularity. The court also asked Ranveer’s lawyer whether he supports such language.

The court further said, ‘Just because someone considers themselves very popular and can say anything, can he make fun of the whole society? Is there any person on earth who will like this language? There is a lot of dirt in his mind which has come out.

Please tell that Ranveer’s lawyer argued that he is getting threats, on which the court said that the law will do its work. The case was heard by the bench of Justice Suryakant and Justice Kotiswar Singh. Ranveer was advocated by Abhinav Chandrachud, son of former Chief Justice DY Chandrachud.
