New Delhi- Team India has been announced for the Champions Trophy 2025 (Champions Trophy 2025). Rohit Sharma will be seen captaining the Champions Trophy. While Shubman Gill has been made the vice-captain. Virat Kohli has also got a chance in the squad, while fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has also been included in the 15-member squad. The team was supposed to arrive on January 12 only, but the BCCI had asked the ICC for a few more days.
Shubman Gill has been selected as the vice-captain of Team India for the Champions Trophy. Along with this, Shreyas Iyer, who performed brilliantly in domestic cricket, has returned to the team. Iyer has scored a lot of runs in domestic cricket in recent times. Rishabh Pant and Yashaswi Jaiswal have also been given a chance in the team.
