The three-day Bal Rangmanch Utsav being organized by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Kala Manch Punjab and Satish Kumar Verma Research Parivar in Punjabi University in collaboration with Sahitya Sabha of Punjabi Department has started today. It started with a presentation by the children of Government Senior Secondary School Datewas (Mansa) on ‘Main Jallianwala Bagh Bolda Ha’.
