Resham Singh son of Jagtar Singh, a resident of Pahuvind village of District Tarn Taran, who has been participating in the 11-month-long protest at the Shambhu Front, fed up with the central government’s indifference, and took Salafas pills. As a result of which his condition became serious and on coming to know, he was taken to Rajpura hospital by other farmers present on the dharna, but Resham Singh has been referred from there to Rajindra Hospital, Patiala.
