But the girl’s blood was only 110. Dr. Sudhir Kumar explained that it simply means not to drink more water than necessary.

Dr. Sudhir Kumar said that the girl was advised by someone that drinking more water will detox the body and make the skin glow. But this is completely wrong. Drink water only as your body needs. Dr. Sudhir Kumar said that normally an adult person needs 2.5 to 3 liters of water a day.
