In the case of Section 307, the case of murder by planning the accident by keeping the witness’s grudge has been solved by the City Police Dabwali. Meanwhile, the burnt canter has laid open all the layers of the murder case. The city police has arrested the accused Vijay Mohan resident of Shergarh in this case. According to information, Pramod Kumar, a resident of village Shergarh, was going to his home on a motorcycle on November 28. The driver of a speeding canter coming from behind near the Jain temple collided head-on with the motorcycle. In the incident, Pramod died after falling on the road. Dabbwali SP Siddhant Jain said that during the investigation, the canter used in the incident was recovered in a burnt condition on the bank of Raj Canal canal. On the basis of inquiry and records, the real owner of the canter was found to be Vijay Mohan resident of Shergarh. The police officer said that the investigation revealed that Pramod’s father Sushil Kumar had an old enmity with Vijay Mohan. A case is registered against Vijay Mohan in police station City Dabwali, in which Vijay Mohan has been punished by the court. He had made up his mind on that day that he would kill Pramod one day. This was revealed in the police investigation.
