This incident is from Osun state located in the south-west of Nigeria. A man named Segun Olowukere committed the crime in 2010. This 17-year-old youth had carried out this incident on Sunday along with his friend Morakinyo. Both were arrested in this case. The two attacked the house of a police officer and another man with an old-fashioned wooden gun and a sword, the BBC reported. His intention was to commit some serious crime, he had only come to steal the chicken. In this case, in 2014, Judge Jide Falola of the Osun High Court sentenced the two to death after they were found guilty of forcibly entering the house of a police officer and stealing his belongings.
