Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal’s fast to death continued on the 18th day today in the village of Dhabi Gujran located on the Delhi-Sangrur National Highway to implement the demands accepted by the central government. Their condition remains alarming. Farmer leaders Rakesh Tikait, Harinder Lakhowal, Manjit Singh Dhaner, Binder Singh Golewal arrived at the said border today and inquired about Dallewal’s condition.
With the arrival of the said leaders, appeals to all farmers’ organizations to fight the struggle together have started gaining momentum. However, it was speculated that Rakesh Tikat might appeal to Dallewal to break his fast but nothing has come to light so far.
On the other hand, according to the doctors who examined Dallewal’s health, as his health is deteriorating, the situation is becoming alarming.
