New Delhi. Kangana Ranaut’s much awaited film ‘Emergency’ is ready for release on January 17. This film, which has been surrounded by controversies since last year, is now finally going to hit the theatres. Before the official release of the film, Kangana Ranaut had organized a special screening of ‘Emergency’ for Union Minister Nitin Gadkari. Gadkari watched the film with Kangana Ranaut and Anupam Kher in Nagpur and also expressed his views about the film on X (formerly Twitter).

Nitin Gadkari writes in his post on X, ‘I attended the special screening of ‘Emergency’ with Kangana Ranaut and Anupam Kher in Nagpur. I want to wholeheartedly thank the actors and filmmakers who have shown the dark chapter of our country’s history so truthfully on screen. I want to appeal to everyone to watch this film. This film has brilliantly depicted a chapter that played an important role in our history.

The film is adorned with many stars
The film, made under the banner of Kangana Ranaut’s production house ‘Manikarnika Films’, has been produced and directed by Kangana herself. Also, she has played the lead role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the film. Along with this, many stars including Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Ashok Chhabra, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Satish Kaushik will be seen in important roles in ‘Emergency’.
