United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres (UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres) has paid tribute to Indian Brigadier General Amitabh Jha (Brigadier General Amitabh Jha) who is serving with UNDOF in the area of Golan Heights in West Asia.
