1. ISRO to launch NISAR satellite tomorrow
ISRO Chairman V Narayanan on Wednesday said ISRO will launch its first jointly developed NISAR satellite on Friday.
NISAR has the capability to monitor ground and ice surfaces.
- NISAR i.e. NASA-ISRO Synthetic Aperture Radar is the most expensive satellite till date.
- It was launched from ISRO’s Satish Dhawan Space Center on July 30 using a GSLV rocket.

On November 6, athlete Sangram Singh won Europe’s prestigious Levels Fight League (LFL).
Sangram has become the first Indian wrestler to win this league.

Australia has developed the world’s cheapest high energy military laser ‘Apollo’.

Kannada actor Harish Rai passed away at the age of 55. He was battling cancer.
He played the role of Rocky’s uncle ‘Qasim Chacha’ in the film KGF.
- He was known for playing negative roles in Kannada films.

1. UP Board released datesheet of 10th, 12th board exams
The examinations of both classes will start on February 18 and continue till March 12, 2026. The first paper will be of Hindi.
