The Union Public Service Commission has declared the result of Civil Services Mains Exam today. Through this examination candidates of IAS, IPS and Group A and B of Central Services are selected.
According to the information, the Civil Services (Preliminary) examination was held on June 16 in which more than 13.4 lakh students appeared and out of them 14,625 passed the examination and after that 2,845 candidates passed the Mains examination. The Union Public Service Commission said that the Mains exam results have been declared on the basis of the exams held from September 20 to 29. UPSC said that candidates who are successful in the main examination will also be required to clear the individual test.
