An unidentified vehicle hit an ambulance carrying the bodies of three suspected terrorists of the Khalistan Zindabad Force to Punjab. It may be mentioned that three suspected terrorists allegedly involved in the grenade attack in Punjab’s Gurdaspur were killed in an encounter with a joint team of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab police in Pilibhit.
Officials said that the incident of collision with an ambulance took place on Tuesday night on Rampur Bypass during which no one was injured but the ambulance broke down, after which the bodies were taken to another vehicle.
Rampur District Superintendent of Police Vidyasagar Mishra said that the ambulance carrying the bodies of three suspected terrorists from Pilibhit to Punjab was hit by an unknown vehicle on Rampur Bypass late on Tuesday night. He said that there was no loss of life in this incident. He said that as soon as the information about the accident was received, the Rampur police reached the spot and the three bodies were taken from the damaged vehicle to another ambulance. News-Patiala
