How many posts for whom?
There are total 7,565 vacancies in Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2025. Of these, 5,069 are for boys and 2,496 are for girls. The pay under Pay Level 3 will range from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100. You will also get DA, HRA, and other government benefits. How will the selection process be conducted?
There are four rounds in the selection process. The first is the Computer Based Test (CBT) which consists of 100 questions. Each question carries 1 mark, and each wrong answer will carry negative marking of 0.25 marks. CBT consists of 50 questions on General Knowledge, 25 questions on Reasoning, 15 questions on Numerical Aptitude, and 10 questions on Computer Knowledge. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of CBT marks only. The second round is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET), in which men have to run 1600 meters, long jump 14 feet and high jump 3.9 feet in 6 minutes, while women have to run 1600 meters, long jump 10 feet and high jump 3 feet in 8 minutes. The third round will be the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), in which men should have a height of 170 cm and a chest circumference of 81 cm (uninflated) and 85 cm (inflated), while women should have a height of 157 cm. The fourth round will be a medical test, which will examine physical and mental health. PET and PMT are only for qualifying, but CBT marks are most important for getting job. Those with NCC certificate will get bonus marks in CBT. 5% extra marks will be awarded for NCC C, 3% for NCC B and 2% for NCC A.
