E-commerce company Amazon has vacated the post of team leader. On this post, it will be the responsibility of preparing training and development plans for associates and executing it. Candidate will be given priority to the candidate with more than 1 work experience in Customer Facing Environment, Warehousing, Logistics or Manufacturing.
Roll and Responsibility:
- Managing the end to and operation on daily basis for a big site. Examination of these bounds and out bound operations.
- Driving the performance management of your team members.
- Creating training and development plans for associates and executing it.
- Continuous improvement in delivery process and performance.
- Conduct 4m and 5S audit on the daily basis for delivery station.
- Manage day-night shift.
- Protecting Customer Experiences to lead an order strategy to ensure efficiency.
- Working from different sources, leading meetings, directing FC Associates and assigning job duty.
- To execute Amazon Standard Operating Procedure and also to train, audit and support FC Associates to use equipment and software.
Educational qualification:
The candidate should have a degree of bachelor.
Experience:
Customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing should have more than 1 work experience.
Essential skills:
- Writing, reading and speaking good English should come.
- There should be experience of working on Microsoft Office Products and Applications.
- Excels should have an experience of working.
Salary Structure:
According to the website Ambitionbox, which describes the job salary of different sectors, the annual average salary of the team leader in Amazon can be up to Rs 6.9 lakh.
