According to the salary imposed by Sri Akal Takht Sahib, former Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab Sukhbir Singh Badal served at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib Talwandi Sabo for the second day today. In view of the religious service of the Akali leadership, strict security arrangements were made by the police administration around the Takht Sahib complex even today.
A heavy police force in plain clothes was also seen inside the Takht Sahib and in the Langar Hall. Surrounded by three layers of security, Sukhbir Singh Badal wore a blue robe from 9 to 10 in the morning, wearing a plaque with the sacred verses of Gurbani around his neck and holding a spear in his hand, at the main gate of Takht Sahib near Charan Kund Chobdar ( Served as guard).

After that, Sukhbir Singh Badal, Balwinder Singh Bhundar, Dr. Daljit Singh Cheema, Hira Singh Gabaria, Sucha Singh Langah and Gulzar Singh Ranike performed kirtan from Takht Sahib’s Hazuri Ragi Jatha from 10 to 11 am. After this, the said Akali leadership served Juthe Bhande Manjan in Mata Sunder Kaur Langar Hall for one hour from 11 to 12 o’clock. Balwinder Singh Bhundar, Dr. Cheema, Gabari, Langah and Ranike cleaned the toilets in Guru Teg Bahadur Saran.
Former minister Sikandar Singh Maluka, who left the Shiromani Akali Dal and became part of the Akali Dal reform movement, appeared today especially during the service of Sukhbir Singh Badal.
