As soon as Rishabh Pant scores 5 runs in the Brisbane Test, he will break the record of Test runs made at the Gabba by veteran Sunil Gavaskar. Gavaskar has scored a total of 116 runs in just two innings at the Gabba. Pant has also played two Test innings on this ground, in which he has scored 112 runs. India defeated Australia at the Gabba in 2021 on the basis of left-handed batsman Pant’s unbeaten innings of 89 runs. For the first time since 1988, Australia were beaten by a team in a Test at the Gabba. (AFP)
