The Bangalore Burhat Municipal Corporation (BBMP) has issued a notice to cricketer Virat Kohli’s pub ‘One8 Commune’ for allegedly violating fire safety rules. 6th Floor of Ratnam Complex on MG Road near Chinnaswamy International Cricket Stadium
This restaurant was running without the NOC of the fire department. Earlier, a notice was also issued on November 29 on the complaint of social activists HM Venkatesh and Kunigal Narasimhamurthy, but no response has been received so far. BBAMP has sought a response from the restaurant within seven days. The corporation made it clear that legal action will be taken against the pub in case of no response within the stipulated time. – IANS
