Kalanwali (Bhupinder Panniwala): As part of the special campaign being conducted by the police to prevent crimes and against the wanted accused in criminal cases, the Kalanwali police registered a case under the NDPS Act against the alleged smuggler Satbir Singh alias Satta resident of Kalanwali. The in-charge of Ramphal police station said that on April 7, 2023, the CIA Kalanwali team had arrested two accused, Davinder Singh and Baljinder Singh, residents of Kalanwali village and sent them to jail along with 20 grams of heroin from Kalanwali. Accused Satbir Singh alias Satta took advantage of the opportunity to escape, which was investigated as per court orders and action taken as per court proceedings.
