5. China removed extra tariff imposed on America
China has suspended the 24% additional tariff imposed on American goods for one year.
This decision will come into effect from November 10.

1. Scorpion inserted into child’s pants in school in Rohru, Shimla
A shocking incident of beating of a class 1 child has come to light in a school in Rohru district of Shimla. According to parents, an 8-year-old student was beaten by three teachers including the school principal and a scorpion was put in his pants.
The child was beaten so much that even his eardrum was damaged. According to the student’s father, the teachers have been harassing the child for the last one year. Police have registered a case under different sections of BNS.
2. Disabled candidates will now be able to have their own scribe
Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities i.e. DEPwD has issued a new notification regarding the own scribe rule of disabled candidates. According to the new rule, candidates will now be able to have their ‘own scribe’ in all the competitive exams to be held till December 31, 2025.
Everyone’s Aadhaar verification will be necessary. The commission will provide the scribe to the candidate. Earlier, this facility was closed under the rules issued on August 1, 2025.
