The option of voice message has also been added to this update, which will make dialogue for both customer and business easier. Meta has also indicated that in future customers will also be able to talk to Voice based AI Assistant which will solve problems immediately.

Now businesses will be able to run an ad campaign simultaneously on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram, and will be able to use Ads Manager for this. This will make it very easy to track budget, make advertisement and manage promotion. Whatsapp will be able to do complete shopping only

Currently, this feature is being tested in Mexico but soon it will be launched in other countries as well.
