Whatsapp New Feature: WhatsApp is preparing to rollout the new privacy feature for users soon. Actually, the company is working towards further improvement of audio and video calling experience for its Android users. According to WABETAINFO, some new features are being tested in the app. Under this feature, now users will get more control before receiving calls.
Will get this new feature
Under this new feature, now users will be able to muted their mic before picking up calls. That is, if a voice call is coming and you are not in a position to talk immediately, then the microphone can be closed before picking up the call. Similarly, a new feature related to video calls is also under testing, which will show the option to close the camera before receiving the call. With this, users can convert video calls into voice mode and accept the call without turning on the camera.

According to WABETAINFO, this feature has been seen in the version 2.25.10.16 of Whatsapp Beta for Android. If the camera is already turned off, an alternative to the call screen can also be seen on the screen which will help in choosing the user. In addition, Whatsapp is working on another interesting feature to make video calling more interactive. The name of this feature is live emoji reaction. Under this feature, users will be able to express their feelings through emoji in real-time during video calls, such as thums-up, laughter emoji or heart emoji. This facility will be used especially during group video calls where it can be necessary to give your feedback without disturbing in without talks.
Rollouts may be soon
Although all these features are currently in the development stage, it is expected that in the coming time they will be made available for testers through Google Play Beta Program. If everything goes well, these updates can soon be rolled out for common users soon.
