Woman teacher assaulted in Ludhiana: She said, fired without notice, kept him captive and beat him after asking the reason, head keeps an evil eye

In a private school in Pakkhowal of Halwara town, a female teacher was assaulted and fired from her job without notice. Female teacher Simranjeet Kaur has made serious allegations against the school management and demanded justice. The female teacher alleges that school management committee head Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal, principal Manjeet Kaur, former principal Inderpal Kaur, female school employee Rupa Rani and teacher Harpreet Kaur held her captive in the school itself and beat her up. He said that committee head Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal made obscene comments several times. When he protested, he was fired from the job without notice after harassing him for several months. The incident took place on December 24. Simranjeet said that on December 24, when she went to talk to the committee and the families of the children, she was taken hostage and beaten in the school. The medical report of the assault was got done from Civil Hospital Raikot and sent to Sudhar police station on the same day, on which no action was taken. The victim said that police station improvement in-charge Jaswinder Singh did not listen to her even after three days of complaining about the matter. The school management has put pressure on him to withdraw his complaint by filing a false complaint against him to the police for disrupting the religious program organized in the school. Even after getting the video recording and CCTV footage of this entire incident, the police is not taking any action. Today in Raikot, Simranjit’s mother Daljit Kaur and father Darshan Singh told the media that their daughter had joined GHG Public Senior Secondary School, Pakhowal on March 27. After a month, he was given a salary of Rs 3500, but was not given the joining letter. Despite asking for the letter, it was refused. Pradhan Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal tried to come to his daughter several times. Also made obscene comments to her. When he protested, he was threatened to teach him a lesson. She had taken female teacher Ayesha Rani along with her to know the truth about the tattoo from the school management and family members. Fearing embarrassment, managing committee head Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal, with the help of principal Manjeet Kaur, former principal Inderpal Kaur, teacher Harpreet Kaur and Rupa Rani, dragged her and locked her in the room. Everyone together kicked, punched and slapped him. There were deep injury marks on his neck due to being dragged by his chunnari. Head said – Simranjeet is like my daughter. Head of School Management Committee, Bhupinder Singh Dhaliwal told the media that Simranjeet Kaur had come to school on December 24, who tried to disrupt the religious program.
